I
planned to take the Free "BOYANA HIKING tour, but only two hikers
showed up so we did the hike on our own. The small 14-century UNESCO
Boyana church has beautiful original frescos, but only allowed 10
minutes viewing per group and no photo allowed. I found some images
online. We hiked up to see the Boyana waterfall in the rain and missed
it, but we saw the Boyana lake. It was a good option for a rainy day. — checked in to Boyana Church with Lisbeth Ruiz.
