Hikers Hostel in Polvdiv

I was not impressed by the facilities in the hostel, yet ran into cool people and had a nice group dinner including cold yogurt cucumber soup and baked Bulgarian dish moussaka (a rich oven-baked dish of potatoes, minced meat and white sauce).  Two Russian cyclists came all the way to Polvdiv to bike 600 km in 50 hours over 10,000 meters elevation gain. Just blow my mind. We also have one 70-yr old solo biker checked in tonight. — checked in to Hikers Hostel.
